(Reuters) - The Federal Aviation Administration plans a 3rd time of talks connected Friday with airlines to temporarily trim flights astatine New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport aft completing an intensive time of discussions seeking to trim delays, officials said connected Thursday.
