Welcome to nkomode.com ("the Website", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nkomode.com, including any content, functionality, services, forums, and marketplace features offered on or through the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by Annko Business Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, posting content, using our marketplace, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Platform.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct
As a social network and community space, nkomode.com allows users to post updates, comments, forum threads, images, and other materials ("User Content").
Your Responsibility: You retain ownership of the content you post, but you are solely responsible for it. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to share your User Content.
License Grant to Us: By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Annko Business Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:
Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal acts.
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
Contains software viruses, malware, spam, or unauthorized commercial advertisements.
Features explicit or adult content, or material harmful to minors.
Content Monitoring: We have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
3. Marketplace Terms of Use
nkomode.com provides a localized digital marketplace to connect buyers and sellers.
Platform Role Only: nkomode.com and Annko Business Hub act solely as a venue. We do not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship any items listed in the marketplace. We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, truth, accuracy, or legality of any items listed, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.
Transactions and Disputes: Any transaction, payment, or meet-up arranged through the marketplace is conducted entirely at your own risk. Any disputes arising between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties involved. We are not liable for any financial losses, fraud, or physical harm resulting from marketplace interactions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for User Content, all materials on the Platform—including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, code, and the "nkomode.com" brand—are the exclusive property of Annko Business Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annko Business Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Annko Business Hub, its partners, affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The conduct or content of other users on the Platform.
Any interactions, transactions, or agreements made through our marketplace.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account or content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Annko Business Hub and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Platform (including marketplace transactions).
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ghana.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of nkomode.com after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
