MADRID (Reuters) -Spanish telecom institution Telefonica said connected Wednesday it booked a nett nonaccomplishment of 1.3 cardinal euros ($1.45 billion) successful the archetypal 4th aft it wrote down the worth of the units it sold successful Peru and Argentina.
