Samsung Electronics to bargain FläktGroup for 1.5 cardinal euro

SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics said connected Wednesday that it has agreed to get each shares of FläktGroup, a German shaper of aerial conditioning and heating systems, for 1.5 cardinal euro ($1.68 billion) from European concern steadfast Triton.

($1 = 0.8937 euros)
