A level 400 student challenges the Rent control commissioner right to visit his hostel

The rent control commissioner and his team paid a visit to His excellency hostel of the University of Education, winneba where they were confronted by a level 400 student who insisted that they were in the wrong to visiting the hostel without the express permission of the owner of the hostel.
