The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has officially confirmed that the yellow 2019 Lamborghini Urus seized from dancehall musician Shatta Wale is directly tied to a US$4 million international fraud case being investigated by the US Justice Department and the FBI.
According to an official statement from EOCO, the luxury SUV was identified by American law enforcement as an asset bought with illegal funds. The criminal money came from a major romance and business email scam run by Nana Kwabena Amuah, a Ghanaian man currently serving an 86-month prison sentence in the United States.
