A suspected thief met the wrath of an angry crowd at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) after being caught red-handed orchestrating a massive theft of campus infrastructure.
โAccording to reports, the suspect had successfully dismantled and stolen approximately 56 streetlights, along with the specialized solar batteries used to power them.
The suspect was allegedly apprehended while attempting to continue his activities. Following his arrest, an angry crowd reportedly descended on him, subjecting him to slaps and other forms of physical assault before authorities could intervene.
