Coreweave signs new $4 billion deal with OpenAI, filing shows

(Reuters) -Nvidia (NVDA)-backed AI institution CoreWeave (CRWV) has signed an further statement with OpenAI (OPAI.PVT) nether which the ChatGPT shaper has committed to wage Coreweave up to $4 cardinal done April 2029, a regulatory filing showed connected Thursday.

CoreWeave banal was up 7% successful trading connected Thursday.

Coreweave said connected a post-earnings telephone connected Wednesday it had signed a $4 cardinal enlargement with an AI enterprise, but did not sanction the company.
