Adidas CEO says lion's share of job cuts at HQ complete

MUNICH (Reuters) -Adidas has completed the bulk of planned cuts to its workforce astatine the German sportswear retailer's office extracurricular Munich, CEO Bjoern Gulden told shareholders connected Thursday.

"We are 2 thirds of the mode through," Gulden said astatine the company's yearly wide meeting.

He said the cuts were intended to summation efficiency, adding, "We sometimes had concern models with functions that were doubled oregon tripled up."
