Ghana Records First Local Refining of Jubilee Crude Oil at Sentuo Refinery

Ghana has taken a major step toward energy independence with the first delivery of Jubilee crude oil to be refined locally at the Sentuo Oil Refinery in Tema.

Speaking at the crude oil berthing ceremony, Executive Chairman Ningquan Xu described the development as a historic milestone in Ghana’s industrial transformation agenda.
